Personalized products: cancel for a full refund any time before your portrait is sent to print; reprint or refund if the portrait doesn't match the approved preview or arrives damaged; guaranteed delivery date, with shipping refunded and the HD file included if we're late. Personalized items can't be returned once printed. Sales tax is calculated at checkout. To be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
